French langague no more sensor #20

When you switch from English to French (Windows), the Sensor (Capteur in French) section is empty.

Thanks for reporting now is solved here https://github.com/OttoDIY/blockly/commit/451e444323cb3369bb9906bf266e0286eb712326 for the web version it will update in the next release.
