We fixed this, by simply removing that, and building from the main version. Let's see what happens...

Woohoo, I fixed this my modifying the .readthedocs.yaml file. Now the tutorials render on RTD, except for the IGRINS ones due to a bug introduced in the uncertainty handling. Will address that next
