[Suggestion] Biography update to 1.4.1 #264

Hi,

New Biography version 1.4.1 is available. Biography 1.4.0 add new feature about language support for menu (simplified and traditional Chinese). Language can choose in panel properties (shift + windows key): Language [Menu] And seems language applies to menu only, Biography Options not implement this feature. Could you please update to the new version?

Or can I pull request when I'm done upgrading?
