I have been unable to replicate the issue without manually causing it by editing the code. Did you previously use a music player or foobar skin that allowed for rating songs from 0-100?

From what I can tell, this issue could occur if the rating for the album using playback statistics was somehow returning a value from 0-100 instead of the expected 0-5. I would first try right clicking the album and then selecting "Reset Statistics" under Playback Statistics and seeing if that resolves the issue. Also try updating to the latest version of the skin.
