Custom titleformat playlist sorting + bug fix #289

Added some additional options to the playlist header for sorting, and options to sort by custom titleformat.

Id like to have the previously used titleformat shared between the option in the playlist and header, but couldn't quite figure it out. Hoping you may be able to help point me in the right direction Ottodix?

Or if it'd be better to just revert the header changes, and only have the custom sort on the playlist panel.

Perhaps at a later date as I plan to implement custom title formats in a few other places, but for now I think its fine using the input box w/out the links.
