Problem with the artists image on the left panel of the Library view #290

Hello there,

I've a problem with the artists image on the left panel of the Library view.

Since the migration on Foobar2000v2 (I think, not sure), the path of the artists image is the wrong one, which points to AppData\Roaming\foobar2000-v2\yttm\art_img. I see that the organization is by first letter of the artist and that there is only the "a" directory (I don't know why just "a" while I've 274 artists). I've test many times, Foobar/Skin doesn't upgrade or add any artists image in the path AppData\Roaming\foobar2000-v2\yttm\art_img and the "a" folder remain all alone. Until then, the artists image are not displayed and remain with the default image.

I notice that the "Now playing" view has its own path images, which is AppData\Roaming\foobar2000-v2\yttm\art_img\biography-cache\art_img, and that the organization is the same, with presumably the same images, so, I copied the entire letter folders, and boom, it works. Any idea why?

If it's important, related to artists image, I've set the "Covers & memory usage" to the option 3 "Load all covers & artist thumbnails at startup".

Setup: Windows 11 Foobar2000 v2.1.2 32b Eole v1.2.3b22

This issue should be fixed in #291 However, for it to fully work you will need to update the settings in the biography panel and change the path. This will be under Server Settings > Cover and Server Settings > Photo, accessed by right clicking the "Now Playing" panel and selecting "Options". You can either edit the path manually, or select "Reset Page" at the bottom to update the paths to the correct one.
