Merge the Text Tokenization Branch:

• [x] Create a configuration file for text tokenization similar to triplet_encoder.yaml.
• [x] Implement a backbone for Hugging Face language models:
  • Refer to the YAML files here.
  • Follow the code structure here.
  • Use the initialize function by extending the super class.
