Create summarized auditing log

Create a plyr-ized report of the audit log and send to @bard1536.

The headings will be

• REDCap Project
• User
• Activity Type

For each activity type, there will be

• the number of times it occurred during the reporting period
• the first time it occurred during the reporting period
• the last time it occurred during the reporting period

@bard1536 it was way too slow to do the plyr approach, but writing the SQL code and passing it over the ODBC connection worked well. I hope to write a knitr report for this before Wednesday. If not, I believe the AuditLog-SummaryDraft.csv draft will be more than adequate for them.

@bard1536 the Wednesday deadline passed and I didn't hear anything about this audit log. Will it work for this stage?
