Mitigation steps?

[ ] Migrate to new Deta Micro
[ ] Fork Deta deploy Action/create new file in this repo and modify it.

Created a new Action to resolve this issue: https://github.com/HarshKapadia2/deta-deploy

Did not need to change the Deta Micro. There are issues with deleting the tmp directory, but I've told the Deta staff (@aavshr) to delete it manually.
