Regions overlapping #117

I experienced it yesterday and @huard noticed it a while ago too (https://github.com/Ouranosinc/PAVICS-frontend/issues/75)

It appears that after multiple reslections of shapefile/regions, somehow the layers starts to overlap each others. Can't provice exact steps to reproduce at the moment.

Will try to reproduce. Remember if you had made selections over different layers? For example, watersheds then MRC, back and forth?

Yes you need to make selections over different layers back and forth. I suspect an error occured, but didn't open the console at the time.

Can't reproduce, posted video on slack. I consider this pretty stable. I tested feature selection a lot these past days.
