Decomposing OLComponent and Visualize module:

Lots of new containers
Lots of new modules

Will complete Draw widget and eventually some visualize glitches caused by the refactoring in next iteration of draw widget and geopackage download/upload features.

There's clearly a glitch atm with dataset rendering.

Fixed a couple of bugs, should be mergeable now
