[x] Received permission to reproduce the continuum of portals section from https://climateatlas.ca/ (3 sites w/ links: Climate atlas, climadata, pavics)
French and english are available. I even like the grey background so I would more or less do a carbon copy
[x] I would also like a fourth link (perhaps underneath?) for a "Quebec resources" - (link to https://www.ouranos.ca/portraits-climatiques/#/) .. Can maybe somehow steal this part of the site as an icon?
