PAVICS logo link points to english when user selected french #23

If user selected french on the landing page, user will get this page https://lvupavics.ouranos.ca/index_fr.html.

But if user click on the "PAVICS logo" on the top left corner, user get the english landing page again (https://lvupavics.ouranos.ca/index.html) while all the other items on the top navigation bar (Accueil Données Analyses climatiques Hydrologie Nouvelles) point properly to french pages.
