Add a series of short videos covering:

[ ] What is PAVICS? who's it for?
[ ] Tour of the jupyter lab interface (videos might exist already?)
[ ] THREDDS server / catalog / opendap interface etc
[ ] User Writable workspace (e.g. launching new notebook while not in 'writable' gives error)
