Adapted our private config to volume mount this new LISMOI.ipynb into the Jupyter env.

@huard @tlogan2000 FYI, the deployment of this new LISMOI.ipynb file is done in prod but since it's a file volume-mount and not directory volume-mount as all the other folders, Jupyter users will have to restart their Jupyter instance to get the new version.

Basically, all file volume-mount (README.ipynb, LISMOI.ipynb) need a restart. Only directory volume-mount (tutorial-notebooks, pavics-homepage, ...) that the new content can be deployed transparently.
