Nb 3 raise wierd warning errors with newer Jupyter env #66

New Jupyter env from https://github.com/Ouranosinc/PAVICS-e2e-workflow-tests/pull/115

Full notebook with all the errors: nb3-py39-PAVICStutorial_ClimateDataAnalysis-3Climate-Indicators.ipynb.txt (remove the .txt extension at the end)

A lot of these repeating errors:

Confirm this is fixed with using libnetcdf 4.8.1. Current 4.9.1 do not work and 4.9.0 and 4.9.2 could not be installed due to conflict with other packages apparently.
