gridmap: add possibility to pass list in levels #28

The levels argument in gridmap creates a colormap with the specified number of colors; it doesn't, strictly speaking, divide the colormap into levels. So in order to achieve this, a separate argument should be created, but since we can already pass a list to the levels argument in plot_kw, this is not desireable. Closing.
