Not sure why all of a sudden I'm getting this message. I'm on the latest Outlook as of today, 64 bit add-in

Some people are born dumb, some people are born smart.

I know which I am now:

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package 32 bit and 64 bit (both required for 64 bit Windows)

Fixed the issue.
