RNMT-3803 Key Store Plugin ::: Review Lock Screen in Android

Description

Raises the used version of the Key Store Plugin.

Context

Fixes https://outsystemsrd.atlassian.net/browse/RNMT-3803

Lock screen in Android 10 is no longer shown on first runs.

Tests

Manual tests were performed:

• Using Android 5, 9 and 10
• With the keyguard unlocked and locked, thanks to getWindow().addFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_SHOW_WHEN_LOCKED)
• Tested both Key Store and Ciphered Local Storage Plugins

Built both plugins in MABS 3.3 (target 26) and MABS 6.1 (target 29).
