All three filters are not aligned.

This doesn't look like it is true for the dispersed images as well.

F115 looks quite sharp, but this looks like a guiding issue or perhaps poorly aligned dithers.

Individual exposures for F150W and F200W look good. This must arise during drizzling of the exposures.
