Improve magnitude measurements. #6

Magnitude measurements in catalog, especially MAG_AUTO appear to be quite off. Might be field dependent.

It looks like magnitude measurements are okay, but perhaps due to using combined IR detection data, they are not great for MAG_AUTO?

This was likely fixed with 681581b, no scaling based on position of waveband.
