[BUG] Update to new NFT enable path #294

Use new cadence version with path nft/checkNFTListEnabled

The NFT enable path is displayed incorrectly in Androidi1.4.12. In NFT list, the collections which already enabled still displayed as non enable NFTs.

This bug already resolved in Android prod version i1.4.13
