[FEATURE] Add EVM popup display #431

If a user does not have a COA and tries to open an EVM dApp or perform an EVM operation, the wallet should display a popup prompting them to enable EVM.

Tested on iOS dev version 2.2.10(9) EVM pop up display succeed when click move icon in internal browser. EVM pop up display failed internal browse connect wallet button and wc. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/16f11c73-608c-403f-8d08-85daab385d07
