Support on the `Web` platform

Added splash screen
Added favicon and apple icons
Added Title and description
PWA support

Changes

Changes video player to support web
Reduced Size limit to 1MB
Padded Anime Search page from inside rather than outside
Removed bottom nav hover color

Fixes

(Android) Video player time shown as 0 (Mostly fixed)
URLs URI pattern not correct
History and Settings pages are not refreshed when user signs in
Multiple sign-ins happens when app first opened

Known Issues

History page pagination duplicates last element multiple time
