Allow credits volume to trigger flashback without resetting to menu (credits type none), fade to black instead of causing death (leave death type field bland) and to set credits volume text colour. Implements #832

Todo:

[ ] Stop flashback looking really weird (doesn't fade out properly when not causing death)
[ ] Allow setting text colour
