Description

This pull request implements the SnowTrace API. This pull request will not be updated on my side, and only serves as an archive of my work, or simply remains open for those who would like to use what has been done.

I think we are okay for now as this is not going to be merged, just the work that @Olyno has done. So in future anyone can just take reference from here and complete it
