How has this been tested?

Rigorous testing in cypress

Description:

• Stubs graphQL queries sent for the marketplace, and dynamically replaces them in JSON format with filtered data from a sample.
• Adds 'data-cy' properties to key elements to make them easier to be selected via cypress
• Happy/Sad Path testing for marketplace view
• Fixes Github Actions main.yml to launch local server so cypress can access the app
• Small cleanup

Issues:

All tests pass, but some commits will still show 'x' next to them because CI was broken at that time
