Boats that specialize in the catching of fish. In PW/PK fishing mostly in shallow water. If possible the ability to catch fish in open waters. If fishing can be done in shallow water also, perhaps add a buff to the fishing on open sea. Fishing on open sea would give either considerable more fish, or a different breed of fish that is worth more in order to encourage it. Fish boat has a storage to store said fish. Reason: Make fishing much more engaging
