Live PoC: login doesn't work #108

Similarly to the MoneyCircles POC (https://github.com/OutlierVentures/MoneyCirclesBitReserve/issues/18), login gets stuck on "processing logon".

More information supporting the hypothesis that this is due to an API change on the Uphold end (and not, say, an expired admin token. Although that could be the case for both).

No changes on our side yet, and logging in now works again. It seems the cause for this was on the Uphold side. However the error reporting on our side was bad, which should be fixed in recent commits.
