Vesting Issue #21

Hey Achim I just noticed that this code never runs:

I am trying to do my own initialization on the timestep 0 and its not working for me either. It is likely throwing off your vesting values for the rest of the model. If you figure out why this is happening let me know

This code should work now. I changed it from == 0 to == 1
