Function Documentation #39

Someone can work on the function documentation inside of the code to provide future developers and token engineers a better understanding of what happens inside them.

Let us start with all functions defined in the ./Model/parts directory.

Thanks @abzaremba for your great contribution on all the function documentations you performed. I will close this issue for now as we have a good level of function documentation now in the code base.
