Remove Visual Studio Project files #17

Before removal we need to develop a new release method.

Currently, a batch script is run as a post build event in VS when the code is compiled in release mode. Some sort if replacement needs to be developed before deleting the VS solution and relying on CMake to generate it. How to automate gathering files for release will be a separate issue.

The effort with CMake seems to have stalled. I'm going to close this branch for now.
