Relates to #36 Modify Skipper's wait time due to both features requiring a function that can identify when an ad is being played

This feature may become an issue for several reasons

This goes against our original goal of being non-invasive to ad-providers
This doesn't make us much different from an ad blocker
People will complain if ads are not always muted
Preferably, ads will not be muted if the user wants to view the ad in question, so another function will need to be added to accommodate this.

Overall, it sounds like a tarpit that won't be justifiable in the long run.
