I won't implement this, but if find_peaks_cwt
works on scipy.signal.cwt
, it will work on ssqueezepy.cwt
. The exact how-to code may differ.
I now see the method's wavelet- and scale-dependent - interoperability is still possible, but will need to figure out scipy
's equivalent parameters to ssqueezepy
's wavelets (and scales
).
Since I found
scipy.signal.find_peaks_cwt
have shifts on every peak. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25571260/scipy-signal-find-peaks-cwt-not-finding-the-peaks-accurately/68473049#68473049 , and find here .I tried to modify the function
scipy.signal.find_peaks_cwt
by replace cwt byssq_cwt
, but I don't really understand cwt , so ask here.
