Changes

The last time we played this the height limit was broken, the map was not played well at all, so the changes we did are:

Fixed the height limit issue
Fixed the playable area (some part of the regions were not symmetrical)
The spawn area got moved from the top to the bottom part of the spawns
The capture time of the hills got reduced from 7s to 5s
The points given by the hills got increased from 1.5 to 1.75
The score needed to win the match got reduced from 2000 to 1750
Changed the uuid of Le0n4rdo to Kazoha's uuid (Le0n4rdo's newest account)
