Bed Rush & Bed Rush: Anubis - Play test updates, map fix #949

For both games:

Remove confusing bridge/bedwars game modes, replace with Bed Rush
Add items slot numbers to kit as "fix" for Flamiix's mostly-missing kit bug

For Anubis

Fix two missing lights on blue side of map
Align xml with original game xml (Broadcast, comment)
Remove staging mode
