No RD's awarded on destroyed wool #1182

If you destroy the wool into the void, you don't get the RD's for it. Tossing it out, throwing a whole stack, waiting time in between, none of them work. I think this started when touches where added to PGM.

I have not yet tested this with lava or tnt.

Seems to work with turning wool to carpet though.

I think you get less raindrops all the way to zero if you repeat the same action in a map over and over again.

@TiTo-418 Why are you referencing a different software's issue tracker on the Overcast Network's issue tracker? These issues have no connection what so ever.
