Collect yaml file #104

To collect the yaml file we are using, for the moment github api.

The issue is to get one file from git hub we need to clone the full repo. To do that we create a docker image which at each instance will clone the depo and return the yaml file.

But for github and bitbucket we won't do that right ? Instead use directly node-github to fetch a single file ?

Yes for them we will use their API it will be faster ;)
