raidboss: more ex2

This takes care of the remaining to-do for ex2 and does a little cleanup on some things:

• Adds callouts for Forged Track (wind/fire + line cleaves) during swords1 & swords2.
• Adds Chasm of Vollok (mirrored swords dropping) that happens with no half-room cleave during swords2.
• Adds a longer duration to Duty's Edge (multi-hit stack)
• Fixes a potential race condition on some of the collectors that were using Array.filter against data.xx to reduce pre-existing arrays.
• Some minor naming cleanup.

Tested in the emulator and in-game and works as expected.
