Clean up map tiles to only the ones needed
Fix issues with headmarkers and stack/spread callouts (sorry)
Add triggers for Leaping mechanics
Fix initial middle sync to have a window to combat early pullers
Add Shockwave knockback trigger

Nice! I was working on a PR to fix the headmarkers for nailchipper, but this looks like it will fix it for me. I'll test this out when I get a chance.
