jobs: re-sort buff tracker #322

bigbuffs are re-sort by bonus order:

  1. devilment (20% crit + 20% DH = 15%+)
  2. potion (8%+)
  3. 6% damage buffs (balance/spear/divination/finale)
  4. 10% crit buffs (litany/chain, 5%+ at about 3000 crit)
  5. 5% damage buffs (Dokumori/embolden/technicalFinish/starrymuse/brotherhood/searingLight)
  6. 20% DH buff (battlevoice, 4%+ at about 2000 DH)
  7. 3% damage buffs (arcaneCircle)
  8. standardFinish (5%, mainly always on you)
  9. BLU 5% buffs (Attenuations/offguard/peculiar, rarely played with other jobs)

Also remove some no longer used and unnecessary 6.X bigbuffs.
