Idea - Add Non Magazine Versions

Add Version of Cigarettes, Lighters and Matches that are not CfgMagazine Items.

• Function to Convert non CfgMagazine Items to CfgMagazine Version -- Autoconversion in Inventory (like ACE FAK's/MedicKits) -- Convert on ACE Self Interaction "Unpack Box of Cigarettes", ...

-Add CBA Addon Setting: Convertion of Boxes -> AutoConvert in Inventory or Convert via Ace Self Interaction Action

This new function can be used to also Convert SOG:PF Cigarette Items into murshun Cig Items.
