Misc wish list #39

When no talk is going on, relogs/regains/shorttimeouts should not be send over since nobody is activly talking at that moment. (if someone types or talk is going for the last 2-3 mins then ofc that message should show up)

Name regains should never be shown since thats not losing messages anyway.

When a person logs in it should not show way to much infos it should be just: User logged in / out

Info already reduced, do want to pack things via an edited message on the discord side though, that would be a great way to reduce it!
