Now that pins are landing, we'll need the tour to call them out. For now it's okay to just show a div with the pin icon and explain that the user will encounter the pins and a brief blurb about what they do.
Extra credit would be to show the pin when we force the inspector panel to open as part of the tour, and to call it out there!
