Regression- missing buildings without heights #154

Description

Buildings without heights seem to be missing in a lot of places in the latest canary build. Unsure what the cause is!

Here's a pic of ghent with the canary on the left and the currently-released explore site on the right:

What browser are you seeing the problem on? What version are you running?

Chrome 125

The OS you're using

MacOS 14.5

Steps to reproduce

Open the canary build and check out the building layer- NYC buildings look great (they all have heights) but in ghent most of the buildings are missing (as they don't have heights).

GERS ID of the entity in question (if applicable)

No response

Furthermore I've confirmed this issue exists against the same tiles - both sites are displaying July's dataset. So it's not a question of one site using newer tiles with missing info.
