Change validation layer chapter translation #142

I'm not sure about two things:

Should we explain what a callback is ?
Should we translate "debug messenger" too ?

I don't think "debug messenger" should be translated as it's an official term similar to "swap chain". I also don't think that callbacks need to be explained.
