In the generated ebooks the table of contents is missing entries and is not properly grouped as on the website and this is a bit confusing. Also chapter numbers could help in that case.

Due to the way the Ebook generation works it's kind of difficult to get it into the same structure, but maybe I'll get around to it some time.

Will the chapter issue be fixed if a page (a short description text) is added to the titles that don't have one? Even on the site some pages have links to subsections on the top that don't appear in the TOC. It would be nice if the TOC would go a few levels deeper. I hope to finish the tutorial soon but anyway... Thank you!

Also the site doesn't seem to work on Android Chrome. I cannot open the TOC.
