Helpful additional info:

CPU: 1800X GPU: R9 390 w/ 8GB GDDR5 Disto: Arch Linux Application: yay -S vramfs-git Video Driver: amdgpu, not radeon (Radeon causes my GPU to crash during power state changes.)
