Orisa Rate of fire and projectile speed #1498

according to the OW Wiki from the wayback machine in september of 2022 She did 12 RPS. and on the overwatch 2 wiki she shoots at 10 RPSow1ow2 Also in overwatch 1 her projectiles traveled at 120 m/sms instead of OW2s 100 m/sow22

i forgot to seperate the issues but it is all with orisas primary fire so i guess it could also count as 1 issue

We can't increase fire rate unfortunately, but projectile speed can be fixed.
