Hog ult doesnt reload #1501

After whole hog his ammo should go back to 5. it only happens when your ult doesnt end prematurely (stunned or whatever) so im not sure if it can be recreated

65f13a7259f35fb128e9de5ba606816cdb1712c0 should fix it
